Operation Management Trainee (FT)

Key Job Responsibilities
This position calls for candidates who are self-motivated, have good interpersonal and communication skills, are team players and yet have the ability to work independently.
You should be energetic, meticulous, organised and be able to work to tight deadlines.
Ensure correct procedures are adhered to by staff.
Conduct periodic audits within the outlet to ensure quality is maintained.
Compile and analyse store reports to minimise food wastages
Good judgement and problem solving skills.
Working in a team environment, you will be involved in the execution of procedures to ensure consistency.
You are also required to plan and conduct weekly outlet briefings
