URGENTLY NEEDED ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
• In charge of Office Administration matters. Handling of documents, data entry, scanning and filing systems to ensure smooth work flow.
• Making the necessary arrangements such as air ticket and hotel reservations for employees and in-country meeting schedules.
• Responsible for general office telephone answering. Handling emails correspondence to customers.
• Handle and resolve general feedback and complaints. Provide solutions for client to ensure customer satisfactions.
• Ensure all supplies are well-taken care of and there are always sufficient office supplies and pantry supplies, stocked at a healthy level.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors and serve the beverages.
• Taking care and wash the office pantry daily.
• Making reservation for airlines, hotels and other necessary for business associates and families
• Taking care and manage company website, Facebook, Instagram and twitter.
• Prepare report or information requested by director or colleagues.
• Calling and arranging interview with candidates. Applying work passes for successful candidate.
• Preparing and handling invoices, packing orders, taking care of inventory stocks level and maintaining MYOB accounting software.
• Preparing documentation to comply with GMP factory regulations for our newly set up factory.
• Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
• Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met
• In charge to purchase all the necessary items for our company requirements from external suppliers
• Setting standards for quality as well as health and safety;
• Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards and GMP Standard
• Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
• Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customers' charters.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
