Job Description
With supervision, develops and executes effective public relations programs for the clients to which he/ she is assigned. Responsible for general writing, research and coordination acitivies within a designated account team.
Responsbilities:
Understand client businss and is capable of managing program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluaton
Sets priorities and manages workload
Insure workable proposals and client receptiivty to programs
Writing, proof reading and editing
Develop and maintain vendor relationships
Demonstrates innovative ideas which coincide with marketing objectives
Researches and develops budget, as directed
Particpates in brainstorming sessons
Prepares and updates activity reports
Recognizes circumstances that can lead to unfavorable budget variances and insures unbillable expenses are kept minimal
Provides support, sometimes on-site for client events
keeps supervisor and client aware of account statues at all times
Qualifications
Execellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to proritize
Attention to details
Ability to handle multiple assignments / projects
Demonstrate superior organizational skills
Work well in a team environment
Be proactive to find solutions
Communicate well with senior and junior staff members
Meet deadlines
Demonstrate ability to work independently and an ability to juggle more then one account successfully
Minimum 1 year of agency experience
