URGENT! Hiring Operations Officer (Bank)
Location: East
Salary: Up to $2,600 (1 year contract renewable)
Working hours: 9am – 6pm ( 5 days work)
Accurate and timely processing of trade settlement in various markets, ensure the market settlement instructions as well as cash management between the bank and custodian are processed promptly and efficiently.
Follow up on unmatched/unsettled trades with dealer, broker counterparties.
Ensure that transactions are done in and in accordance with bank operational menu, desk instructions, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Accurate update of client’s securities holdings in the bank system and correct reflection of such holdings in clients consolidated statements.
Prepare internal/external/regulatory reports.
Provide other administrative support for the department.
Handle ad hoc project as assigned.
Support Asian Regional booking centres and work on public holdings may require.
Requirements:
Possess Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics & Finance, Accounting & Finance
Good product and banking knowledge
No experience is required
Able to multi task and work in a fast pace environment
Follow regulations/requirements/procedures in Securities business
Positive attitude and willing to learn
